Senior Level Higher Ed Marketer
Transforming higher education marketing.
This is me
My name is Shane Baglini, and I am a higher education marketer. What does that mean? I'm passionate about connecting people to opportunity, so I am passionate about higher education. Connecting people to an education they may not have thought was possible is what drives me.

I am passionate about building great brands and working across campus to implement and value those brands. In addition, I work to uphold that brand and honor each institution's past as part of our present.
But my full-time job is being a girl dad, where the main focus is how we can integrate Miss Rachel into our daily routine.

I transform marketing strategy for higher ed institutions.
My expertise lies in maximizing the effectiveness of marketing strategy for educational institutions. I have found my greatest successes in leading large-scale change across institutions, from holistically reframing branding and messaging, to strategically modernizing marketing tactics to address changing audience behavior, change management and cross-campus collaboration are integral to my approach.

Before transitioning to higher education marketing, I began my career in professional sports. The high-pressure environment of making real-time decisions in front of 20,000 fans has taught me to remain calm and focused, even in the most challenging situations. Others often look to me for reassurance and confidence in navigating crises, knowing that we are equipped to handle any challenge that may arise.
Results &
Impact
Below are just a few measurable examples of the impactful results I've achieved throughout my career.
Increased Fall 2019 applications 50% YoY, while stopping a five year enrollment decline at our Poconos Campus.
Implemented significant institutional changes including a college-wide project request protocol and brand guidelines.
Moved all digital marketing execution in-house, while implementing a brand new CRM, saving over six-figures in expenses.
